Siemens прикупил себе CD-adapco. Напомню, что у Siemens сейчас есть #Nastran - старый и проверенный код для неявной механики. Причем он интегрирован с ранее приобретенной очень крутой #CAD системой #Unigraphic, которую с трудом догоняли такие звери как #Catia и Pro/E. Кроме того, #Siemens приобрел себе Samsef - французский код для механики, который лучше всех считает композиты. Teamcenter - вообще самый крутой на рынке PLM/PDM.
Добавим к этому портфолио #StarCCM+ - единственного серьезного конкурента #Fluent, и получим очень сильную связку.
