Тут пост сугубо технологический, но меня очень зацепил. Коллеги придумали технологию, у нас происходит прямое нанесение материала (как в DED) но вместо лазера или плазмы металл «намазывается» сваркой трением с перемешиванием. По всей видимости, получаемое изделия оказывается без проблем с пористостью, хотя есть существенные ограничения по сложности производимых форм.
