Intellegens and Ansys to Empower Additive Manufacturing with Material Intelligence Through Machine Learning
www.automation.com17 февраля 2021 ANSYS обвил о своей договоренности с компанией Intellegens Limited (https://intellegens.ai) из Кэмбриджа об использовании их линейки продуктов под говорящим названием Alchemite в моделировании процессов аддитивного производства. Alchemite - это решения на основе машинного обучения позволяющею быстро идентифицировать параметры материалов и анализировать результаты экспериментов.
Alchemite предполагается встроить в материаловедческую систему Ansys Granta MI. Ожидается, что такая связка ПО позволит решить такие задачи, как оптимизация технологических параметров для процессов AM, прогнозирование свойств материалов на основе расчетов, контроль качества и помощь в проектировании экспериментов (DoE) для AM.
